Net 30 days. For overdue accounts, we reserve the right to assess interest of 1.5% per month or, if lower, the highest rate permitted under applicable law.

Returns or Refunds
Under normal circumstances, due to the nature of our products, no returns are accepted and no refunds are provided.

Forms of Payment
We accept a company check drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars, or Wire Transfers for unlimited amounts. We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. For Wire Transfer instructions, contact customerservice@forecast1.com or call 203.270.0633.

Include the quotation or invoice number with your payment.

Payment in full is required with the initial order.
